We are indebted to the organisation of ACSI and the Camping and Caravanning Club for doing all the hard work in arranging trips, guides and booking the sites for the part of the adventure we spent with them. In particular, we would like to thank our tour leaders, George and Tineke for being so quietly efficient and not trying to over-organise us!
We met so many great people on the trip, many who helped with suggestions and recommendations for places and camping sites to visit. Thanks to you all.
We've tried to visit as many places and sights as possible over this trip; as ever, our main inspiration is the Lonely Planet, which we find the most useful set of guides known to man. Great recommendations for eating out, too.
We should also mention VW and the Swift Group who designed and made our outfit, which does everything we ask of it in style.
